Obesity affects more than 500 million people worldwide and contributes to a host of human diseases.
The major discovery that makes people fat goes beyond diet and exercise. Obesity is a disorder involving excess accumulated body fat, to the extent it cause negative effect to our body.obese Obesity affects both men and women of all races and ethnic background, but women have a higher percentage of obesity than men. If you are obese, you are more exposed to risk of premature death than a normal weight person.

Obesity also brings sicknesses like blood pressure, heart disease and type two diabetes. Fat in an obese person can be measured by x-ray and various techniques available. Research has shown gene tied to obesity, causes energy from food to be stored as fat instead of being burned. This proves people, who get obese, are not caused because they eat too much or do not exercise but is caused by genetic factors related to obesity, which was discovered in the lab and can be reversed, giving hope possible treatment.

A lot of people think obesity is caused by eating too much, but instead our fat cells play a role in how food gets utilized in the body. There are two known types of fat, such as the brown fat, also known as good fat, that burns down fat and the white fat,
