The Sony Xperia Z3 is the next Android
phone to get a working Android 6.0
Lollipop ROM. The Xperia Z3 is one of
Sony’s most popular devices. Sony has
updated the phone to 5.0.2 from 4.4.2 and
a possible Marshmallow update is set for
the future.

If you can’t wait till then, you can try the
stock AOSP Marshmallow ROM. The ROM
is not stable and many things are not
working. The build is experimental and
bug fixes will appear in future updates of
the ROM.
