All that should be top priority for you now should be skills/knowledge acquisition.
Forget about what it will cost you to acquire these skills/knowledge at the moment.
Make up your mind on the exact profession/business you want to eventually get involved in and channel all your resources towards acquiring skills required to make you a success in this Profession/business (find out details of what it entails) even if it means sacrificing your stipend.
You will later appreciate these extra skills/knowledge as they will set you apart from your contemporaries who also have same BSc. and probably made first class.
Also worthy of note is the fact that your city of residence will also determine to a large extent how much of training/learning you will be able to acquire.
