D issue is dat work is yet 2 resume fully as some equipments/machines 2b used are complex & highly technical and do require foreign expects Some of whom are yet 2 obtain work permit & professional licence 2 practice in naija just as it is wen u wanna practice abroad. Ds professionals will now train local hands on d use of these machines. D process is on going. Very soon d hosp will kick off
