To the topic, after ruminating over it and tried to remember some that I know, I discovered that the sounds differ. We could classify them as careful and careless sounds with the careful being the one using silencer mechanism, while the careless is the one without silencer. So here are some sounds that you can identify:

*Phhhhhhhhh - the careful type which I always try to do, very quiet.
*Pooh! or phra! - the careless type. I do this too, by mistake, when the silencer doesn't work or at home.
*Pooh, pooh (pow!) - the extra-careless type.
*Phrapapapapoo - the super-careless type.
