Nice story lines but to be truthful, market has been very bad because God has answered the prayers of people to live long. My only advice for him is to change his line of business because he will be out of business very soon.

He lacks innovative powers and design problem in this competitive age where even tailors are becoming creative and telecoms reeling out mouthwatering packages.

If he doesn't have a shape/design problem, he should use his tool(wood) to formulate other things like chair, cupboard, blackboard, bench, shelves, toothpick, prefabricated building etc.
when he excels in this, even people will come to him to customise coffins for them.

my ppl perish cos of lack of knowledge.
But connecting to God can still bring illumination to better understanding

OVI75:
Longevity is Appreciated and celebrated in many climes and culture both as a favour from God and a function of deliberate healthy practice.

Here in Igbide, a town in soko south local government of Delta State, it's a common sight to spot at least a septuagenarian or an octogenarian in any family compound you step into, hence you may not be wrong to conclude that longevity is gift to us in this part of the world, even if you are not an indigent person, so long you leave here longevity is your portion, not to mistake me, there are a few premature extinction, but they are not too common.

Now let me go straight to my purpose of writing, a customer of mine (Micahae-Initial name) who buys fancy and expensive glass tables from me was in my store today and as usual he wanted to buy something from me, but there was something not right about him, so i couldn't help but ask him what the problem was.

As usual i was expecting the normal "my wife is too stubborn and unyielding tales" but i was shocked when he said he had a problem, to which i quickly asked what that is, at first when he finished i had thought my ears were playing a funny joke on me not until he repeated himself, i know you are curious to know what he told me right?

In his words "I am a professional Coffin specialist/seller and theses days THERE IS NO MARKET". yes
that was what he said, now on a personal note i really had no consolation words for him, i told him to speak to his pastor to which he asked me, what kind of prayer would the pastor pray for me?

Now what Could he realy want when he says there is no market, and if you were his pastor what kind of prayer would you pray for him?

cc:lasticlala pls do the needfull.Thank you
Igbide my town! I rep Ekpo quarters!

SwissGeneva:
It either only Muslims are dying in that area or only Christians have stopped using his products.

I strongly feel its the former especially with the increase in ncrime rates, boko haram, illnesses, poverty etc .........definitely business should be high for coffin makers .i therefore believe Muslims are dying in that area

In my own opinion, his prayers can only goes thus; '' God give me my daily bread''. He can't actually pray for the death of others to sustain, I bet with that prayer business would change.
