Our client, a construction firm with office at Victoria Island requires the service of a dynamic and result-oriented professional to fill this position.

Responsibilities:

>> Evaluate solution deployment options while considering cost, time, KPI’s and CHC operational requirements.
>> Ensure compliance with established processes and procedures
>> Utilize project management processes and methodologies practices; mentor Project Management as appropriate
>> Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and within scope to meet high-quality expectations
>> Develop accurate and detailed estimation and manage project financials in a timely manner as applicable.
>> Assemble, maintain, and motivate a high-performance team. Possession of MBA will be an added advantage.


Requirements

>> First Degree in relevant discipline.
>> M.Sc. will be an added advantage.
>> Minimum of 4 years experience in the construction industry.
>> Possession of Professional Certifications such as PMP, Prince 2 and other relevant certificates will be an added advantage.
>> Strong analytical skills, Excellent financial skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills
>> Possession of Advanced technical and business knowledge in multiple design and construction disciplines/ technologies/ processes


Remuneration: Attractive but negotiable.
