Screeding your walls before painting gives it a quality and beautiful outlook. It makes your wall extra smooth and It also makes your room cooler. It also helps to prevent wall crack.

Screeding should come immediately after plastering and the ceiling have been done.

Good afternoon sir.
Screeding can come before or after tiling. But I will advice you screed before tiling because of pop dirt that will stain your tiles. Sometimes this stains will require scrubbing for it to remove.

Screeding should come before tiling. Moreover after the screeding you will still paint the wall. Again, it's the floor that they're tiling and not the screeded wall.
