May God forgive all those talking rubbish here. Why do nigerians crave so much to see doctors suffer? If it was a ppst on how a dr mistreated a patient, you people will pour insult on drs in general. Now someone posted a pix of how drs are suffering and many of you are happy, talking shit. Sometimes I wonder why Nigerians hate drs so much. I personally think it's jealously.

You got it wrong bro, Doctor can sleep and even snore if there's no emergency or in-patient requiring attention. If any thing develops the Nurse on shift calls the Doctor, that's why it is said 'The Doctor on Call' and Call room is just seconds away from the emergency room.

Can you even listen to yourself? Go to advanced countries and you will find better doctor common rooms where they relax. Go read medicine na make u sef see as e dey go since you are a machine that can work 24 hours non stop.

May God help us in Naija,every these national institutions get capital grants,yet all we hear is Govt is not doing anything..i think the system is terribly sick..someone should be asking questions. They get annual capital allocations that ran to millions but you won't see Anythong on ground to show for it .God have mercy

Hi, I worked at Usmanu Danfodio University Teaching Hospital (UDUTH), Sokoto and I can tell you for sure that I have slept on this bed many times during my night shifts.

Even the female doctors sleep on it during the night shift at the Casualty department.

How can one sleep on this kind of bed and be productive? If any Doctor feels O.K with this, his psyche must be damaged.

We need a total overhaul of the Nigerian healthcare delivery sector. Sadly, this may elude us for many years to come.
