Like most of the poster have suggested, a petition should be written and passed to the appropriate authorities. I wouldn't take the Fashola approach straight away perhaps the concerned area should take their grieviances to the local government first through their councillor/representative with the aim of pitching it with the governor if no positive solution or compromise is reached within a set period.
Bombarding the governor with numerous complaints and issues that can be dealt with by other government departments could destabilize the mandate and plans of Fashola. The people/office responsible for the supply of facility must first be held accountable and subsequently the campaign taken upwards.

talk talk talk talk talk talk and no action thats the problem we're facing in lagos. If it was any developed country facing similar problems we would have heard something like the masses marching to government house to demand change.

But all we nigerians know how to do is complain to each other prayer and suffer in silence. Thats why we will never progress

i am amazed how posters can be unfair 2dis government.with d level of infrastructural development going on in Lagos, pple can still say dat dis govt is just talking and not working.Travel round Lagos and see for urselves, its no hype but dis man has done wat governors in Nigeria cannot do in 8yrs in 700 days.check out his 10point agenda on www.lagosstate.gov.ng, you can also make ur complains known here

FBS:

It is not only in Lagos that power outage is a problem. The whole country is suffering from it, Abuja inclusive.
Imagine an area without light for 6 good months yet Nepa bills are coming? bills for what?

Thank you for tellin them, PHCN outage is not d fault of d Lagos State governor.PHCN is a Federal Parastatal and complains shd be directed 2d federal government.Tinubu tried 2 venture in2 power generation during his time but was fastrated. This present administration does ave a plan for lagosians so let all support d governor, EKO ONI BAJE O!

@Kaestro, the link for the dedicated thread is https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-230880.0.html
There is a website available but some parts of it are still underconstruction. The main area however is the dedicated forum which has been available for a while now. The forum has chat facilities for meetings, threads for strategising on courses of actions and for finetunning plans, etc. Only members can acess or view the contents of the forum and the only criteria for membership is shared goals and vision. Just glance through the dedicated thread and see what you think. You can even get involved immediately with a project being worked on at the moment.

PHCN officials are very corrupt, they tell you the transformer has fault, the moment you give them money give them the next 20 minutes and you'll have uninterrupted power supply till the money given to them expires

If, a lagos state public holder is reading this, kindly move the motion to visit Ologolo Town in lekki, some 200 meters after jakande roundabout. please there is NO ROAD. we had to carry our shoe on our hands when leave the house. there is no drainage, the untarred road is flooded. cars, pedestrain can't move in and out free. though the villagers have probably the youngest baale in the community. please do sometime. at the moment the ETI- OSA LGA is reclaiming a road but the pase is slow maybe due to fianance. I plead to the state/local council official on behave of this community of more than a thousand residents to look into this situation. its pathetic.

UUmm… Why not go a step further to ensure that a Lagos State public Office holder actually reads this instead of leaving it to change? Why not send in your petition directly to the right authorities and then know for sure that the only reason why they would not read is if they did not care at all for what you have to save?
