I observe that most office in fightings(shouting match) are mostly among female colleagues, currently at my place of work the shout match is usually among the females, I once saw two female cashier talking back at each other in the presence of customers, and the reasons for their disagreement are things that can be resolved easily without a third party involvement.
My question is
1) Is it that men are used to "taking nonsense" or "don't know our rights" as some females will say or men understand themselves better not to bring their disagreements into public.
2) Can we say envy, jealousy, envy and inability to submit especially to people they seem better than either by marriage, education, beauty or social status as being some of the underlying reason for this "girl fights".
Kindly share your experience if any and the reason for the disagreements whether in office, school or any social association.
N.B Am not trying to bash females, just want to understand this pattern of behaviour better( inability to get along with each other well).

Am always professional at work....no side talks..no unnecessary interaction.
Strictly work no familiarisation which will bring respect and even inner peace.
But sometimes it happens which a simple sorry is often all it takes to feel better and move on.

It is usually power tussle, trying to outdo the other party in terms of dressing, work and seeking attention from their supervisor. Women in place of work, beware of them...............
