The photos below show how refuse are dumped in Central Market and Ahmadu Bello Way in Kaduna. It's worrisome that this kinda thing still happens. Governor El Rufai , please do something.

OP, please stop misleading people with your post. This is not Ahmedu Bello Way in Kaduna. I use that road frequently and there is nothing like this there.
