Go to emene industrial layout and see for yourself, even 9th mile that is a suburd of Enugu will contribute to the IGR. Enugu is industrialized, emene has more industries than most cities. With Onitsha and Nnewi, Anambra could not surpass Ebonyi and nobody is faulting that but can only see Imo State which has only enjoyed 4 years of non-PDP rule. IMHO Anambra and Imo fell short of expectations but Anambra is worse going by what the Government can harness iGR from.
