The main contender in Delta state is Ogboru of LP and not APC. I even doubt if the APC dude went to the tribunal at all. This is a PDP vs LP matter and has nothing to do with APC.

Federal might cannot make APC win in delta because they didn't have a popular candidate. APC has no business in the delta governorship elections and they are not fighting or scheming for it; the contest is purely between Okowa and Ogboru, period!
