A visit to the Holy Land is a Spiritual Exercise that gives participants the lifetime opportunity of being true witnesses to some Biblical records. According to some partakers of this holy event, there is a level of spiritual attainment that one achieves, having seen as a true witness the places that are read about in the Bible. The 2015 Batch of Pilgrims from Akwa Ibom State, led by The Special Assistant to the Governor on Diaspora Matters, Mr. Joe Etukudoh, has stated that they are full of appreciation for the lifetime opportunity and privilege accorded them by the state Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel.
