They're lucky. If the flood water was half a meter higher, if would've flooded that building, and it possibly could've seeped into the cars.

you are wrong bro. That is faculty of arts and humanities, kogi state university. The flooded building houses english and literary studies offices.

arts and humanities faculty. Dnt let dat mangoe tree decieve you. Thats the mangoe tree in front of one of their office blocks. The road leading to the library and agric faculty is also visible in the bakground. Besides, natural sciences and mgt sciences arent prone to flooding becos of their sloping landscape. The flooded building is the last office block before the skul auditorium.
