Breaking News!!!! Zain Nigeria laid off 300 of its staff today. They have been given their disengagement letters and also received their severance packages. Another batch may follow soon. My brother was affected. Strangely, he was happy about it. According to him, the pay-off was very ok for him and he is already scheduled to commence another job in August. I hope all the unfortunate people sacked today can tell the same story. To get work dis days no easy at all. 300 qualified and experienced hands sacked in one fell swoop, na wah for dis economic meltdown o!!!! |

Well, the disengagement of those 300 ZAIN Nigeria members of Staff is quite unfortunate and untimely. But for every door that closes, there is another door will certainly open. I wish them well, |
