A 51-year-old Teacher has been remanded by an
Ado-Ekiti Magistrate Court sitting in Ekiti state on
Monday, October 26, over accusations that he d’
efiled four pupils.
The accused- Mathew Oluyede was arraigned on a
single count charge of defilement.
In an earlier testament, the prosecuting officer, Sgt.
Akinwale Oriyomi, told the court that Oluyede
committed the offence between Monday, October 19
and Wednesday, Oct. 21 at Ayetoro-Ekiti in Ido
council area of the state. According to Oriyomi’s
account, the victims were between the ages of two
and nine.
