Hello,

I live in Lagos and on easter monday i bought an Acer Aspire One Netbook from SMARTBUY (www.smartbuyng.com) and i used it for 2 days.After that the netbook crashed and i took it back,i was asked to take it to warranty center which i did.

I collected it after 3 weeks and used it from tuesday to friday and it crashed again.I will be going back on monday.

I want to know what legal actions i can take against them if they dont get me another one or refund my money, WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT AS I PAID N45000 FOR IT.
