Smartphone and other electronic devices manufacturer, LG, announced the V10 smartphone a few weeks ago. The V10 ships out officially this week to the United States, Hong Kong and China while other North American, Asian, European, Middle Eastern, Latin American and African markets would be getting the product later in the year.

LG was on a no-holds-barred streak while manufacturing this smartphone that's on 'steroids'. This gives the like of the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 a run for their money for it's a phablet in its ranks and it has come to stay. *shrugs*


With 316L stainless steel for its frame and Duraskin for the back cover, nothing could go wrong aesthetically with this device.

The smartphone has a thickness of 8.6mm and weighs 192g - thats heavy. Before you think of putting the phone under water, may I point out that this device is not water-resistant, thank you. Has a sturdy grip on the hands with without slipping.

It has what I call a one and half screen where the second upper screen with a size of 2.1 inches(Single Quantum Display) is completely wired separately from the rest of the screen. It basically displays information ( in-app controls, weather, time e.t.c). While the main screen with a 5.7 inches size, a resolution of 1,440 x 2,560pixels and a whooping 515 ppi - talk about sharpness! Protected with the Corning Gorilla Glass 4 (Dual Layers).

It has two selfie cameras at 5MP respectively. One shoots with a 80 degrees lens basically for selfies while the other with a 120 degrees lens is designed for wide angled selfies(Wefies?). The rear camera garners power from a 16MP sensor, with a f/1.8 and OIS.

Powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset with a RAM of 4GB which is pretty impressive as the LG G4 has just 3GB of RAM. Puts it on a RAM par with the new Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Comes with a 3000mAh capacity battery to juice it up and the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop to boot it up with colour variants that includes Space Black, Luxe White, Modern Beige, Ocean Blue, Opal Blue. But,a Vietnam-based company, Karalux, offers you a more premium look of Gold if you are interested - the phone looks already, why go for more? (My opinion though).
