Tips On Depression by femokuc0(op):
It only took me little time to realize how devastated you have been. Sometimes, I worry about it two, there are so many things I wish you understood about life which can’t be put to words, myself have too many lessons to learn.
I ran into an old friend of mine today, it had been long we saw each other last, we had about 4 hours of hearty discussions and wishes, as if that was not enough, but that was today, we had the moments as it lasted, today we had, yesterdays are gone and tomorrow is another day. Peoples can change within the shortest given time, situations can turn things around, someone may be smiling now, the next minute sadness reckons. Time varies, weather and climate changes too, day gives way for the night but in all this things one thing remains constant, it took me time to figure this out, but is there really a constant in life? Permanent? Yes or no?....it all boils down to what we want from/in life, that is exactly what determines what is permanent in our lives. Anger, temper are devilish tools of destruction, one moment you are happy, the next you are sad!, young and old!, carefree and careful!, alive and death!. There is really nothing constant in life even the life we live one day comes to an end. No condition is ever permanent. Please do not let the condition of today weigh you down, there are still more of goodies ahead of today and belief this, “it is only when the going gets tough that the tough gets going”
Have you ever wondered about how lucky and privileged you are today?. There are so many children out there in the streets in the big cities, it is not an African or Nigerian phenomenon, it is a global affair. Consider yourself to be more priviledged than others out there in the streets without parental care, some of the kids out there sleeps in the gutters, under the bridges in the highways, no parents, no houses, no clothes, no one to talk to in the time of trouble, no hope for a brighter tomorrow, what about you?. You have parents taking care of your need and sends you to school......
