Linda did not violet any law(s). She should seek redress in court if she has any complain. That is what civilized people do. Ordering Linda to remove her picture from the blog is an infringement on freedom of press. She better reserve the orders for her maids. This is what happens when you grow up in a place where people are ordered around like animals.

As far as I know, there are no laws regulating blogging in Nigeria outside the general laws was pertain to information and press. Linda Ikeji has no overt control over the comments her readers make on her page. Even if she has, you can not stop people from exercise their freedom of expression.

The freedom of speech and expression enjoyed in bloggsphere would never be damped by people whose mental capacity has been twisted by feudalism.

This Khadija cannot sue Linda Ikeji for anything under our law.

Incase yu don't know, every blog including Nairaland here have rules which excludes itself from liability over comments made by visitors to the blog.

Under Nigerian law, Linda did not commit ANY offence.

It is left for you to take the one you appreciate and discard those that is not pleasant. I strongly believe no man is a saint. We are all victim of both positive and negative comment. The girl has every right to complain linda ikeji is making money from her blog she should at least ask people who are not celebreties permission before posting there pix on her money making blog. It ok if other people hav celeb pix on there phone or even the girls pix as long as they are not using it for bizness. The girl didn't ask linda or anyone for there opinion about her looks so why castigate her for complaining. MOST OF U talking don't even hav there pix on their nairaland profile cos u like ur privacy abi then accord her the respect. Linda should take it down. Her father is the public figure(celebrety or watever) NOT the girl. U guys should liv her the f-uck alone. am sure there are many upcoming artist begging linda for this kind publicity that will change there whole life but she no go gree help them am sure she will ask them for money so why use someone elses own with permission let be objective and liv sentiments aside.
