1) Senator Jonah Jang (PDP).... Vice-Chairman, Committee on National Security & Intelligence
2015: The current Plateau State governor Mr. Simon Lalong dragged the former governor-now-senator Jonah Jang before the EFCC accusing him of reportedly diverting N200billion govt.


2) Senator Theodore Orji (PDP)...Vice-Chairman, Committee on Agriculture
2015: A group peti­tioned the EFCC that the former Abia governor and few others allegedly squandered N474 billion of the state funds between 2011 and 2015.



3) Senator Danjuma Goje (APC)... Chairman, Committee on Appropriations
2012/2015: The former governor of Gombe State, Danjuma Goje was in 2012 dragged to court by the EFCC over an alleged 18-count charge of conspiracy and money-laundering. On Monday, 2nd November 2015, a Federal High Court judge adjourned the case that the ex-governor allegedly forged the Resolution of the House and collected N5bn (five billion naira) facility from Access Bank.


4) Senator Joshua Dariye (PDP)...Chairman,Committee on Solid Minerals/Vice-Chairman, Committee on Public Procurement
2015: The former Plateau governor is standing trial on allegations of money -laundering to the tune of N1.2bn preferred against him by the EFCC. The case of the 23-count charge has been on since 2007.


5)Senator Abdulazeez Nyako (APC)...Chairman, Committee on Special Duties
2015: Senator Abdulazeez Nyako, his father(former Adamawa governor Murtala Nyako) and two others are standing trial over a 37-count charge bordering on corruption and money laundering.The anti-graft agency interrogated them over alleged illicit funds traced to companies in which they have interest.
