Success Capital (formerly Project Success) is a newly registered NGO based in Gaborone, Botswana. Initially starting as a movement in 2012, it has moved towards creating a more professional, diversified and structured outfit.
We are currently experiencing a growth phase and three tiers of volunteers are needed to strengthen its strategic review and streamlining to global initiatives.
The organisation aims to serve as an intellectual capital building platform for young people through social good initiatives, advocacy and other forms of work in the interests of young people’s Social, Economic and Human rights.
We strive to be a representative of the dynamic challenges young people face in Botswana; a middle-income country with high levels of poverty, pockets of injustice and immense potential for global citizenship. As an underrepresented, landlocked country, the experience gained for change agents who would like to contribute is rare, inspiring and can go a long way into exploring future opportunities within the Southern African region through our work.
Immediate needs include a grant funding drive, clarifying the mandate and strategic planning through 2026. If you are prepared to contribute to our cause and work on an ad-hoc basis over a 12 month period, please apply to a maximum of two alternatives and we will get back to you.

Some specifics:
All positions are voluntary
All work and engagements will be carried out virtually
All positions are for a duration of 12 months
All applicants are required to have desktop/laptop internet access for web applications and sharing documents
Individual profiles of all members/contributors will be published on our new website
Letters of Recommendation can be provided on account of contributions during and after the tenure of service
