The same grounds used to nullify elections in AKS/Rivers were used to uphold elections in Lagos/Imo. On both sides, APC won.

Nigeria's judiciary has gone partisan and compromised, our democracy is now on its knees.

As long as the process which produced the #Taraba PDP candidate was acceptable and binding on PDP, then it was valid.

One would normally think that the law is suppose to be a fortress for the victim, a succour for the hurt, a defence for the helpless and hope for those searching for one where there is none, all these suddenly disappears once highly paid fat bellied, running mouthed corrupted lawyers start interpreting, rigmarolling and panel beating the law and then you'll see the guilty living and working freely in the society......

I see what is happening here. You guys are bringing emotion into this thing. The judgement is a no-brainer, plain and simple. Take your time to read the judgement and understand it, and stop showing your ignorance here.
