DSA means Direct Sales Agent/Executive. And as a DSA, you are to know everything about the Bank's products and services, introduce by marketing the products to the customers as well as opening accounts for then after u might have convinced them. Honestly my dear its better than selling gala in the street. As a DSA, you can earn more than your BM (Bank Manager) through your variables/incentive, all you need to do is to work hard by looking for people who will open an account and pay in millions into their accounts thats all. Just give it a try, at least its better than been jobless.
