The state of Delaware is
debating whether to enact a NEW form of CHILD
SUPPORT. They are experimenting with a new
'CHILD SUPPORT CARD' which works much like an
EBT card. The state will require a portion of all
child support payments to go on the card. The
hope is that in a few years all or most child
support could be issued through the card.
Under the proposed card, the card will only be
used only to pay for school-related expenses, food
and clothing. The mother is required to report the
child's shoe and clothing size, and it must be
reported every time he or she grows.
The card will specifically PROHIBIT parents from
using it to purchase any beauty items or adult
clothing.
There's more. Under the proposed card once the
child reaches 13, a NEW card with the child's
name will be issued. The child will EXCLUSIVELY
be able to use the card until age 18. Man this is going to drive many hoes crazy and also reduce the act of trapping black men and converting them into ATM in the name of CS.
