In 2012, when the whole nation rose up against subsidy removal, not one protest was seen in Rivers State, only in Lagos and Abuja we saw the agitation to reverse what was not feasible then. Since the free money shared to former militants is been terminated next month, it is obvious this is another opportunity to agitate for what will bring the warlords to the negotiating table.

But the dullared is contemplating subsidy removel now. kachikwu and Sanusi have advised total removal of subsidy. why should we protest subsidy removal. we should actually celebrate it, and the continued existence of things like subsidy is why we need biafra. Let there be free market and competition, govt should step aside and do only regulation, that our economic model, but we are unfortunate to tied together with socialists who think govt should feed ppl

reasonable Niger deltans (majority) have realized that the simplest way to archive this dream of a better niger delta region is to join the struggle which with a perfect written documents guarantees them of perfect resource control with things heading in a perfect direction yet some unknown persons keeps fooling themselves thinking that they spoke their peoples mind not knowing that things are beyond their imaginations.
after watching the Rivers, Bayelsa protests i came to conclusion that these nairaland niger delta spokesmen wannabes are just bunch of delusional clowns that doesn't know their onions.
I keep saying it, all irrelevant rants on nairaland will only enter page 2 of politics section and forgotten because nairaland doesn't even represent 0.5 % of the population of any tribe in Nigeria.

nairaland is not upto 1 million active members forget the number of registered members you know how it works even i can testify to that
