*The ideal candidate must possess good understanding in the design and management of major construction projects, such as housing, roads, airports, tunnels, dams and bridges.
*He/She should also be able to supervise project construction and maintenance.
*He/She must possess a very broad skill set, from cost accounting to geology.
*Adequate knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
*He/She should have extensive knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
*Knowledge of construction machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
