Quantity Surveyors
• Manages all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
• Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with architects,
engineers and subcontractors
• Prepare cost analysis based on the architectural drawings, engineering estimates, materials required and labour involved.
Architects
• Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, colour, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
• Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
Minimum of HND/B.Sc in Architecture/Horticulture/Civil Engineering /Relevant Background
• Applicants must be good in Auto-CAD and 3D
• Innovative and creative
• Deeply analytical and open to learning.
• Maintain physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned job tasks.
• Responsible for enforcing safety of the customer, job site, and company employees on site.
• Ability to effectively and expeditiously process change orders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate company resources
