Recently the NCC impose a fine of about $5.2bn( over N1Trn) fine on leading communication giant in Nigeria on the basis of non compliance.
If in the end the south africa base company accepted the fine and subsequent make payment, am of the view that such money should be thoroughly monitor interms of spending.. In the first place the basis of the fine was link to factors that can put the lives of Nigerians into risik and therefore where such fine will be expended must also improves lives of citizens.
In view of the above am of the opinion that part of such way Nigerians can benefit and feel impact of the fine is to use the money to complete abandon lagos-Ibadan Rd, kogi-abuja road, onitsha 2nd Bridge and long abandon east west road in the south south.
By this singular act, the FG would have spread benefits of the largees across geo political area of the Nation.
If you have contrary or additional view why not share it with the forum and who know your opinion migth count. God bless Nigeria.
