The three Duke lacrosse players indicted for a rape they say they didn't commit are indignant over the effect the charges are having on their lives and their families. After been exonerated by the DNA evidence in the case do you think this boys are victims of overzealous DA campaining for election?

Well, I just finished watching a piece on the Lacrosse players on 60 minutes (cbs). It appears the players did not rape the lady, but the DA is pressing on with the case any how.

The players might have mistreated her in some way and she wants to get back at them through the rape charge. Think about it, the lady said she was raped without a condom, yet none of the DNA's of the players' matched.

Na waa for America sef.

I saw the same story and one of the accused person had an alibi, a bank statement and a picture of him calling a cab, and still they are victimizing this innocent kids. politics is a dirty game its amazing what some people will do to gain power.

This has no correlations to power at all, rather, it portrays a flawed system whereby men's rights have no meaning in the American society. Women ought to stop portraying themselves as victims. Yeah, what the men did, were wrong, having sex with the women, but in our imperfect world, that is considered acceptable, because it was consensual.

Ndipe are you following this case at all? there wasn't any intercourse what so ever. the DA is campaigning for election and is using this kids to win the black community vote, please read up on this issue before you comment.

ODEKU: I don't think this mess has anything to do with politics. Let's remain focused on politics at home.

We can careless what the DNA says in America, it's time to focus on moving Nigeria forward.

well it's an issue here and we have election in 2 weeks so dude its politics Mr know it all
