First Bank Plc. is presently in serious trouble. The nation’s leading bank will have to explain to EFCC and CBN how an unknown person deposited the sum of N18.7billion meant to pay teachers salary in Benue State in fixed deposit with First Bank, Makurdi branch with Account No. 1017993231 while teachers have not been paid salary in Benue State for over a year, somebody deposited their money with First Bank and was collecting huge interest on it.
