All Polytechnics in Nigeria and other countries suffering disparity against HND CERTIFICATE in her public service are encourage to affiliate with Polytechnic awarding B. Tech in Ghana to offers all her HND graduates top up program to batch B Tech before mobilization for national service.


All student union Government / Students Representative Council as the case may be in all affected Polytechnic are required to press, persuade and consolidate her management authority to implement the recommendation as alternative means to systematic end of HND/BSC DICHOTOMY.
