Apple To Finally Shut Down Beats Music For Apple Music Nov. 30 by cmacs(m): 12:25am On Nov 14, 2015
Beats Music which was launched January 2014 and was built on top of MOG, (a music service Beats acquired in 2012). After few Months of operation, Apple came in the picture and offered a whooping sum of $3 billion (three billion dollar) in cash for the purchase of Beats, bringing on board music geniuses like Jimmy Iovine and popular Dr. Dre along with the deal.

According to Beats’ support page: “Beats Music ends on November 30. Your subscription will be cancelled, but you can move your picks and preferences over to Apple Music right now.”

In recent time, there have been some underground activity/work going on between these two groups by virtue of this transaction, and Beats Music’s transformation into Apple Music is almost complete. Beats has announced Beats Music will shut down Nov. 30th, after which the music streaming service will no longer work and adviced all existing Beats Music users to switch to Apple Music for iOS or Android, the latter which launched Tuesday in beta.
Beats Music’s shutdown was inevitable.

Many Beats Music users may be wondering what will happen to their music and playlists after 30th, well you do not have to fear as Beats has created a step-by-step guide on how to migrate your music from Beats Music to Apple Music.
