Former Minister of Aviation, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode has described the Federal Government's actions on former National Security Adviser(NSA), Col. Sambo Dasuki, and Biafra leader Nnamdi Kanu as "cruel, vindictive and evil." Fani-Kayode made this disclosure via his Facebook timeline saying: "The despicable and barbaric way in which Buhari is treating Sambo Dasuki and Nnamdi Kanu has confirmed my worse fears about him. He is cruel, vindictive and evil."This is coming on the heels of the Department of State Security Services(SSS)'s refusal to obey the court's order that Dasuki should be allowed to travel abroad for medical attention. Fani-Kayode is also agitating for the release of detained promoter of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu who was arrested by the DSS in October 2015.

This isn't funny at all.

These hullabaloo of accusations and name-calling of the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria isn't funny at all.

It's not good with the person and the office of the President.

That APC and the handlers of President Buhari's aspiration when he was seeking to be the President did likewise isn't abundant and justifiable reason why Nigerians, especially the opposition today should toe that path.

No matter how painful and how much it is intrinsic and innate of human to seek revenge.

Not just I this bad to the person and office of Mr. President, it is very damaging to the image of the country, in general in the eye of the globe.

Bit let's pause and ponder,

Is Mr. President vindictive?
Is Mr. President Wicked?
Is Mr. President cruel?
Is Mr. President evil?
Is Mr. President barbaric?
Os Mr. President despicable?
Despotic, tyrannical, totalitarianic,

ETC.

Is it possible that those opinions often and recently held of President Buhari is entirely or partly correct?
Could it be so?

We just hope and pray the answer to this question is not, God forbid, in the affirmative.

May it not be.
May it not be so because the last person we expected to disappoint Nigerians at this critical time in our national life is President Buhari.

May it not be so because so many Nigerians, at home and in the diaspora, of APC, of PDP and of other political parties had held Mr. President in very high esteem.

May it not be so because if he turns out to be anything close to that, the disappointment, disaffection, dash-hopes, dash-faith and general outcome of many Nigerians tending towards unpatriotism would be too gigantic to undo.
