I noticed that MTN Zone Plan has changed. No more 4, 8, 16 and 24kobo like before. And now, the only two rates available now is 12kobo per seconds from 12am to around 5pm and 28kobo per seconds from 5:3pm to 11pm. This is wierd! Is this a deliberate attempt from MTN? If anybody has a better option on the best tarrif plan or ways to reduce the rates please let him/her drop it. |
