come if UNICAL has just 10 months of arrears then it means that they have been receiving this earned allowance, we in oau had our own protest for 3 weeks in july over 65 months arrears but nothing came out of it. The management has been saying that FG has not released allocations to offset these allowances that have accumulated overtime.
