Gday house, I am a regular on this column.
Please I need the house to help me with a genuine and serious investment I can go into with N30,000 coming into my possession every month.
I am really thinking of opening a business center to do the following:
1. typing and photocopying
2. laminating
3. scanning
4. printing, and
5. sales of recharge cards.
I can achieve all these if I decide to save up to N240,000. But is there a way I can still achieve this feat with my monthly income without deciding to save up to that amount first?

I need genuine advice urgently.
