I'm guessing it's one thing to say it and another to bring those banks to book. The employees of those banks won't even be forthcoming for fear of loosing their job in this very harsh labour market.

Good!... BUT again MISPLACED PRIORITY ...

These people are just so selfish, non revolutionary and shallow in their thinking and legislative and representative work. Their coconut heads did not tell them that unemployment and underemployment actually caused this, hence their motion should first be to declare state of emergency on jobs creation.

Their brains did not also tell them that if such bill is passed many people will loose their jobs and there's need to provide a 'soft landing' when they do.

These and many more really tell of the kind of people we elected to representative ... SHAME! undecided

If you are given unrealistic targets, quit. Using your body as a leverage, in whatever guise or excuse is wrong and unacceptable.

This pple dont hv anything 2 offer. They shld go back to their constituents and relate more wt dia pple, reviewing our laws and enacting new ones than getting stuck in Abuja and making unnecessary resolutions. I dont blame them, dis r d type of pple gullible and misguided Nigerians like 2 vote for.

Funny as it sounds majority of this marketers have politicians and honorables as thier major clients.

Most especially the female ones that render AFTER SALES SERVICE to them in guest houses.

That is what they are trying to curb via this development in the house.

Lets see how far they can go in their 'investigation'.
I marvel at our lawmakers sometimes-was any one begged to take banking job?
Is this not a misplaced priority?
What have they done about unemployment? What have they contributed to their various communities?

why wait for up to a month to give a feedback on that? undecided Next thing now is to see such nice attempt being swept under the carpet. Then, it will add on to the other ironic cheers we have been having from these "men of the House." God please save this Nigerian State from just existing in a vicious circle.

Good news because 99% of banks in Nigeria use female staffs as prostitutes in order to attract funds whereby these ladies were hired as contract staffs.

That is why you experience fraud round the year as a result of not staffing them and exposing them to an environment that they cannot have a say rather to get the job by using what they have to get what they want.
Re: Reps To Check Banks’ ‘Target’ Mandate On Staff by Nobody: 11:45am On Nov 18, 2015
Rubbish!!! Banks don't force you to work for them if you find the target unrealistic and unwholesome resign. Please, provide people with job and watch all this stop
Re: Reps To Check Banks’ ‘Target’ Mandate On Staff by damocool(m): 11:47am On Nov 18, 2015
Good news, at least our ladies wouldn't be subjected into prostitution anymore in the name of meeting up with target...

There is something called capitalism. The house of reps have no authority or jurisdiction over bank targets. The target most times cant be met but it drives performance as u strive to meet d said targets. If d job no favour u. U resign end off or if d bank later sack u wont u survive. Make these old big belle polithiefcians go sleep abeg

I agree with you on some points. However, you should know that there are poor welfare packages in Banks. Most of the bonuses are enjoyed by Top Executives.

They are just playing to the gallery. They won't do "nada" cheesy

I doubt if this is the first time that such an issue is being discussed by the legislative arm.

That is why they are in a good position to know what these marketers go through! The house of Rep is finally living up to it's responsibilty.
I wonder when NLC and TUC will wake up. All they know is strike!
