2) Why didn't the driver stop as directed by lawful police action?

I was pissed at my driver in Nigeria who did similar. We were waved down by the police and he just drove off with no regard. Be the change you want.

Police asked you to stop and you refused thereby making them to pursue you, if I am the one I will shoot your leg and let's go to court then you will know under the constitution it's justified to use my fire arms on you at that time. When lawlessness is the order of the day, can he try that abroad? Most kidnapped victims have been rescued through these types of routine stop and search .

3 days ago a similar incident happened just a little backwards from where this one happened and it was police chasing okada guy, they actually hit the okada guy and he tumbles from his bike and broke his head. Blood was everywhere and the still carried the guy like that with his Bike away.

I really don't get this, because I don't know if it's right or wrong for police men to be chasing people but the torture part is what I see as wrong. 


In this guy's case now I feel it's the fear of police that made him run cos they searched the vehicle and didn't find anything and the guy was shaking with so much fear. You can even see someone trying to help him out of the sun''.

Yeah, it's okay to paint the police black for beating the guy up, but in a plot twist, they could have easily been chasing a Boko Haram suicide bomber or some armed robbers or some killers. You just never know.

Shiit may have not had gone so badly if only he stopped when he was asked to.

I'm not a fan of the Police but the man is totally wrong and yes, police even in developed countries pursue criminals both on land and by air.

don't mind them, they're hunger strike people. perhaps you all know Christmas is next month, they need to hustle tight with seriousness!!

mr too know, no body is saying d driver was right, but only d court can pass judgement on him, police has no right to maltreat him, after arrest they can then charge him to court for evading arrest, that is d law.
