According to the stats.. Apc and pdp had a head on challenge with apc leading by about 40000 votes.. And the number of cancelled votes where about 49000 and in accordance with the electoral law when the number of cancelled votes exceeds the margin of win, the election should be declared inconclusive until supplementary polls are held...
