There is saying''that a good teacher teaches from the heart'' Also, a well educated teacher should know how and when to use grammatical tenses. A survey can authoritatively confirm that teachers in primary and secondary school are finding it difficult to express proper English to their pupils and students. As a matter of national urgency, I use this medium to call on ministry of education to immediately commence training and retraining of teachers to enhance and fully equipped them.
