It is true but the truth is baseless. Only those who abuse the meaning and purpose of love will like your fallacy. The left hand is more appropriate for rings to avoid quick depreciation of the rings because the right hand is in more constant use. Among all the people on earth, majority which carries the vote is right handed. It is a pity for those that are left handed but they are not prohibited from wearing rings on the right hand.
