Emmalaw10:Nah... nah... nah... Everything is not about the government bro. What this guy needs is to get a proper university education on Architecture/Structural Engineering/Civil Engineering. He's got the natural talent already but he needs to expand his mind on the science behind the structures, and materials strength, coupled with global best practices. I have a friend like that with only a school Cert. Today, he's a major building contractor, interpreting Architectural designs and building them, just by learning on the job. 2 Likes |

Emmalaw10: if everyone with creativity goes on to wait for the government, then that person will certainly die with that creativity truth is, the Government doesn't care about how good you are... the simple thing to do is to START a business what his creativity. He should learn how to turn his skill into a profitable business, he should really learn the ropes of how he can turn his creative ability into a profitable business very very well. and then go ahead to do the business. if capital will be the problem, truth is, there are people with cash in their hands who can partner with him in his business for a tiny share in the business. he should look out for those possible genuine investors. also, he can get a job and START SAVING for his business. personally, i don't advice people who go into business to seek for loans... for me, it's a bad way to start a business... especially from scratch. he should also have in mind that the most important thing here is - THE CUSTOMER. so if he has good proposals in place, and a very good designs, EVEN THE GOVERNMENT AT ANY LEVEL CAN BE HIS CUSTOMER! Everything Can Be Learned - if the person puts his mind to learning. Ignorance and lack of seeking for information is the problem with a lot of people who have really good skills and creative abilities. STOP Looking at the Government for everything, and START LOOKING INSIDE YOURSELF to get what you really want in life. Hope this helped to an extent? Thanks for reading. |
