Bro if you are outside Nigeria you will hate this bank, their charges when you use ATM na die, the worst is they dont follow the normal "google" exchange rate which some banks follow, Even when ATM show you the equivalent in Naira, GTB go still do their mind. embarassed cry

Just last week an online transaction was made on my debit card and I was debited of 29.5USD from one mechant called grasssupport. I reported this gtbank and i instructed them to block my debit atm card. It would take 45 days to investigate, so say the customer service. I'm still waiting.

Gtb and their too much charges for their services. The most annoying thing abt the staff is that they will tell u not compare gtb with other banks cos they are in a different class but I always make it clear to them that gtb is just one of the banks we have in 9ja. I have even decided to close my account with them come December this year.
