I think by now, they must have included programs like software and website design. The program was for those who had first school or ssce but I think they must have upgraded for those that had first degree.

I know this because I did it, in 2005 but didn't complete it and didn't get the certificate because I had admission and started school.

So, it's no lie, NDE can be enrolled in all state of the federation. Just go to any federal secretariat and ask for NDE office

BTW, the NDE was established by Babangida in 1986, if I am not mistaken.

Come to think of it....? let's give you the honor that you employed 15,000 youth within the last four month. And NYSC just added about 500,000 graduates into the labor market just last month.. Calculating the percentage difference tells me that just about 3% of last quarter's corp members were employed...

We have about 4.5 Million unemployed youths in the country , calculating the percentage difference of employed youths by NDE will simply make Buhari to close that Angency... Infact lemme calculate it, About 0.333% of Nigerian youth were employed through NDE.... the remaining 96.6666% are where?
