Quran 9:29; Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [fight] until they give the JIZYAH willingly while they are humbled.

The points here are:

1) Arab muslims (I used arabs because muslims then were purely arabs) were asked to fight anyone who do not believe in allahh or the last day.

2) Arab muslims were asked to fight whoever does not belive what mohammed believe (no freedom of taught or believe)

3) Arab muslims were asked, for reasons 1 and 2, to fight christians and Jews and force them to pay JIZYAH, purposely to disgrace and subdue them.

From the hadith:

Sahih Muslim (19:4294) - There are many places in the hadith where Muhammad tells his followers to demand the jizya of non- believers. Here he lays down the rule that it is to be extorted by force: "If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah's help and fight them"

Sahih Bukhari (53:386) - The command for Muslims to spread Islamic rule by force, subjugating others until they either convert to Islam or pay money, is eternal: Our Prophet, the Messenger of our Lord, has ordered us to fight you till you worship Allah Alone or give Jizya (i.e. tribute); and our Prophet has informed us that our Lord says:-- "Whoever amongst us is killed (i.e. martyred), shall go to Paradise to lead such a luxurious life as he has never seen, and whoever amongst us remain alive, shall become your master." This is being recounted during the reign of Umar, Muhammad's companion and the second caliph, who sent conquering armies into non-Muslim Persian and Christian lands (after Muhammad's death).

Ibn Ishaq 956 & 962 - "He who withholds the Jizya is an enemy of Allah and His apostle." The words of Muhammad.

Many muslims will say 'you quote out of context'. Below is a tasfir by Ibn kathir, a renowned islamic scholar, on this matter:

Allah, most high, ordered the believers to prohibit the disbelievers from entering or coming near the sacred mosque. On that, [Muhammad's home tribe of] Quraysh thought that this would reduce their profits from trade. Therefore, Allah most high compensated them and ordered them to fight the people of the Book until the embrace Islam or pay the jizya. (Ibn Kathir, The Battles of the Prophet, p. 183-184').

So many islamic sources and authorities fully accept the collection of jizya from christians and Jews, in order to subdue them.

How will muslims in Europe and america feel if christians asked them to pay a form of 'jizya' because they are muslims? How will muslims feel if they are humbled and humiliated for being muslims in non-muslim lands? By nature muslims will not be happy with that discriminatory policy but that same policy was fully sanctioned in the quran (quran 9:29) by allahh and mohammed.

How can allahh be a true God by asking muslims to collect jizya from christians and shame them at the same time? It is either allahh is a devil or mohammed made things up by himself and sanctioned it by invoking allahh.

It takes no logic for someone to know that islam is evil and against non-muslims. Is there golden rule in islam?
