You might have probably heard that fruits are good for the body and fruit intake can reduce the chance of sickness attacking you. Fruits can also have great good effect by making you physically fit and strong. As the whole body need fruits so as the brain. The brain is the main controlling center of the body as you know. The brain helps you to think, concentrate and put things in order. Without the brain in the body, the whole human system will just be like a machine without a memory for it to function. Fruit intake can improve your brain power thereby helping you to be active and with a good concentrated morale to think actively and sharply.
Below are some of the benefits of fruit to your brain and the fruit you need to take.

1. Hydrating Your Brain Water=> Dehydration even in mild case as we all know can reduce your mental energy and capacity making your memory to become impaired. You are advised to drink at least four liters of water every day to keep your brain power active.

2. Spark Your Brain With High Tyrosine Proteins=> Just as the computer send signal using the data and power cable so is the brain. Your brain does not have just only neurons it also have neurotransmitter which allows it for easy message signal from one part of the neurons to another. You might have a very sharp brain but when your neurotransmitter is not efficient and also insufficient your might have possible problem with your brain and this might result to your brain not functioning well.
