my friend just bought this phone and it's says internal memory is full. he can't install apps because of that. please what's the solution. |

Samsung grand prime comes with an internal memory of 8Gb. The phone your friend brought could be a clone. Can you post screenshots of the settings of the phone? (especially the 'About Device part' |
